Dora's number pyramid adventure

Objectives:Dora needs to help the animals trapped inside the number pyramid! With the right numbers and a little magic, she'll reach the top and set the animals free

Age group: 4-5

Developmental skills: Early math (counting, understanding math terms & number sequencing)

About the game:

To reach the top of the pyramid, Dora has to travel across three rivers. At each river she encounters two numbered animals, but she needs to find the third animal to jump across. Your child will find the missing animal by selecting the number that completes the sequence. Then they'll click on each animal to jump across the river. When Dora reaches the top, she'll need some help from a magic star to set the animals free. Continue the counting adventure by printing two colorable number mazes.

K.F.C. says: 4 out of 5 stars
Dora the Explorer is a very familiar character in the lives of most children in our society, hence, children are bound to get attracted to it and would enjoy playing the game. The game is very interactive as Dora gives verbal instructions throughout the game; making the child feel as though they are really part of an adventure. They would be having fun in the midst of learning new concepts without even realising it! However, Dora counts in Spanish as well as in English which may not be suitable for children who does not take Spanish as their Mother Tongue.
